This serves to confirm that Kevin and Victoria Elsmore were groundskeepers of our one hectare garden at our country home in the South of France from September 2016 - December 2O18.
The Elsmores came twice a week throughout the year and did an excellent job of maintaining all aspects of the garden - fertilizing, trimming, pruning, dead-heading, weeding, raking, etc. - completing relevant tasks though all four seasons. They were very reliable, hardworking and friendly, and were largely left to make the gardening decisions by themselves as we as property owners were mostly absent. Upon our return, it was always a delight to come back to our beautifully maintained property.
We (and our garden) will miss Kevin and Victoria greatly, and wish them all the very best in their future endeavors back in the UK.

To whom it may concern,
We have employed Kevin and Vicky Elsmore to work in our garden for the last two years. Their work has involved, heavy-duty strimming (using a brush-cutter), tree-pruning, wood-cutting, leaf-blowing and tidying and large scale weeding both in flower beds and over a large stone patio. The garden is roughly 1,500 square metres in size.
They are both charming, extremely hard-working, totally trustworthy, punctual and effective and very flexible in terms of scheduling and adapting to different kinds of work. They have shown initiative in their approach to the needs of our garden, which they have maintained beautifully.
We are very sorry to lose them, and highly recommend them for any future work they will take on.

We own a house in Roujan, France, which we rent out when we are not in place. Before Roujan Property Services, we have had other service companies who helped us manage the house and the pool, but never been as pleased as we are with Kevin & Victoria.
When they now decide to move back to England, it is a big loss for us.
The service we purchases from the company is about four parts:
1) Cleaning the house including bed cleaning after guests
2) Handling the garden including flower watering, pooling and weed picking
3) Look at the house every week when we are not there to make sure everything is in order. As an extra service, they always take photos so that we can see what it looks like, invaluable.
4) Always available to assist when extraordinary things happen, such as when a washing machine broke and we had guests- or when a guest forgot their keys and needed to get them home to another country.
Roujan Property Services has been the best company for us and we have always been able to feel safe with their work. We congratulate those who receive their help in the future and wish we could have continued with them.

We are pleased to have this opponunity to give a reference to Kevin and Victoria who have been providing excellent services to us since 2016.
Kevin and Victoria have been regularly maintaining our garden which consists of palms, roses and a variety of shrubs and other plants. Essentially they do whatever needs to be done with no input from us. We are always amazed at how hard they work and how much they achieve when they are with us. The garden looks immaculate when they have finished and it is in very good condition thanks largely to their efforts. Subsequently we have recommended Kevin and Victoria to several of our friends and neighbours.
We also ask them to take care of our 3 cats while we are on vacation. This involves a daily visit to feed them and clean out their litter boxes. We are very very careful whom we trust with our animals but Kevin and Victoria are wonderful with them. Kevin emails us daily, sometimes he would even include a photograph of them. We return home to very happy cats and, a clean and tidy house. We have no qualms about entrusting our cats and our home to them.
We have come to rely on Kevin and Victoria but, we also consider them to be our friends. We are very sorry that &ey are leaving France but, we wish them every success in their new life in the UK. We have no hesitation in recommending them as a very honest and hard-working couple.

We have a holiday home in Portiragnes which Kevin & Victoria looked after for us, garden, pool & house. During the summer months sometime we would have 3/4 changeovers in a month. Our guests always left such good reviews, this is because the house was always pristine for the new arrivals, & the garden & pool looking glorious for the guests summer holidays. It is a large house & takes a lot of hard work to get it right week in / week out. Kevin would always update us with an informative email & plenty of photos (we used to feel envious that we weren’t going to the house for a holiday when we received the update as it always looked amazing). We wish Kevin & Victoria all the very best with their new ventures & highly recommend . Thank you so much.
